Ingredients
24 unpeeled, medium or large raw shrimp
1/2 jar or more Three Anoa Bumbu Bali, Bumbu Rujak or Mango Sambal
Salt to taste
Preparations
1. Peel shrimp, leaving tails on; devein, if desired.
2. Boil water
3. Drop shrimp until they curl up and turn to pink
4. Drain shrimp
5. Add lime juice and salt to taste
Serve shrimp at room temperature with Three Anoa Bumbu Bali, Bumbu Rujak or Mango Sambal in a small condiment bowl.
